Ms. Coon pursued an educational background in pharmaceutical chemistry, focusing on drug design, development, and commercial applications. As an Associate at LBG, she leads market research activities, performs financial modeling, and supports day-to-day aspects of projects for all life sciences services.
Prior to joining LBG, she worked at Eli Lilly, where she excelled at educating doctors and healthcare professionals about various products in the neuroscience and diabetes landscape to enhance personalized patient care. She specialized in biologic and injectable education, helping expand the breakthrough application into both the specialty and primary care spaces.
During her time at Eli Lilly, Ms. Coon was involved in a series of projects, including telehealth, market research, financial modeling, and strategic action planning, where she developed and led tactical sales training to improve and optimize client engagements. Her experience in data analytics enabled her to assume the Data Operations Leadership role to design comprehensive models to track weekly and quarterly goals at both the territory and district levels while presenting to leadership and the district to progress and maintain revenue goals.
Ms. Coon received an MBA concentrating in both Financial Management and Marketing Management with certificates in Data Analytics, Finance, and Marketing Strategy from NC State and holds a B.S. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the Wegmans School of Pharmacy at St. John Fisher College.
