Mr. Najarian is an associate at LBG with 4 years of experience in clinical trial supply chain management. He got his start at Replimune Inc as a Clinical Trial Supply Associate where he managed the drug supply for oncology trials dealing with cold chain logistics. He also served as a Clinical Supply Chain Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, working with ancillary supplies for fast-paced, high demand covid trials.
Mr. Najarian has experience working with countries all over the world and has experience with import/export of drug and ancillaries for countries in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Mr. Najarian also has expertise in forecasting. He has experience using ERP systems as well as developing robust forecasting templates using excel. He developed his forecasting expertise while planning the demand for a drug with a short 12-month shelf life during the ever-changing conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic.
