
Mr. Najarian is a Consultant at Sia/LBG with five years of experience in clinical trial supply chain management. He began his career at Replimune Inc. as a Clinical Trial Supply Associate, where he managed drug supply for oncology trials involving complex cold chain logistics. He then served as a Clinical Supply Chain Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, supporting ancillary supply needs for fast-paced, high-demand COVID-19 clinical trials.
In his current role with Sia/LBG, Mr. Najarian supports the Bill & Melinda Gates Medical Research Institute as a Clinical Supply Chain Associate. He oversees supply planning and logistics for a variety of global health programs focused on low- and middle-income countries.
Mr. Najarian has extensive international experience, managing import/export operations for drug products and ancillary supplies across North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. He is also highly skilled in demand forecasting and supply planning. He developed this expertise while managing short-shelf-life drug supply (12 months) during the rapidly evolving conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. At Gates MRI, his forecasting skills were critical to the success of a clinical trial that enrolled 20,000 participants in just 13 months.
He is proficient in ERP systems and has developed custom forecasting templates in Excel to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Mr. Najarian holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Massachusetts.
