LBG is seeking an experienced professional with demonstrated expertise and success operating within the US Government non-dilutive funding landscape. In the role of Director, Government Consulting, this individual will lead the growth of LBG’s Strategic Consulting and Proposal Development service offering within the Government Practice. This individual must have a strong knowledge of relevant US Government agencies that fund life science product development programs (therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics and devices), as well as a clear understanding of the acquisition process that these agencies follow. In addition, a strong track record of operating in Business Development capacity is required including: strong new opportunity capture skills, demonstrated success of facilitating team formation/organization and solution development for new projects (internal and external), and the ability to shepherd a new opportunity through to an award. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, and 15+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is required.
