Sr. Consultant (CMC QA) – Baltimore, MD or Cambridge, MA; Position Reference: 20160007

LBG is seeking a highly focused Global Quality Professional committed to working with subject-matter-experts and CMC teams to create and maintain the highest possible quality standards. This individual will provide QA leadership and document control for CMC activities to clients and internal projects related primarily to biological therapeutics and vaccines in the Life Sciences. In addition he/she will manage multiple clients to assist clinical development phased programs through commercial launch, by providing quality guidance, auditing facilities and product quality, supporting vendor qualification and managing commercial drug product programs.

Consultant – Gene Therapy – Cambridge, MA; Position Reference: 20180001

LBG is seeking an experienced professional with demonstrated expertise in the development, manufacturing and quality control testing genetic-based therapies (i.e. Adenovirus, AAV, Lentivirus, CAR-T Cell). In the role of Consultant, this individual will provide programmatic and technical support for multiple cross-functional teams spanning technical product development (vector design considerations and molecular QC testing strategies), CMC (up-stream and down-stream process development and manufacturing, stability programs, product characterization) and support of regulatory submissions. This individual will engage with LBG clients (existing and prospective), US Government agencies, teaming partners and other internal LBG stakeholders; and must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. This individual must possess a working knowledge in life science product development programs (therapeutics, genetic therapies, vaccines, diagnostics, and devices).
